Our wholesale Chaya products - Chaya Wasabi Popcorn, Matcha Latte Mix, and Hojicha Latte Mix - were redeveloped in collaboration with Mitsukoshi USA Inc. for the Japan Pavilion at Epcot in the Walt Disney World, Florida. Our goal is to offer innovative products that would appeal to a wide contemporary audience, while maintaining a true Japanese essence. We would now love to offer our Chaya products more locally, close to the source in which they are made, and nationally to anyone who may be interested in carrying them. Chaya Wasabi Popcorn

Chaya Wasabi Popcorn is artisan popcorn handmade by us in small batches. Made from a unique blend of authentic Japanese spices, it is a spicy and wholesome snack with an underlining wasabi flavor that characterizes the intersection of Japanese tradition and modernity. Chaya Wasabi Popcorn is made using organic air-popped kernels and contains no MSG, no trans fat, and is only 130 calories per serving! Until now, our popcorn has only been available at Behind the Museum Cafe in downtown Portland, OR, where owner Tomoe Horibuchi lovingly pops and seasons each small batch to ensure that its flavor and freshness is of the highest quality. Chaya Wasabi Popcorn is a favorite snack amongst our customers at the café and is available in Spicy and Extra Spicy.

Chaya Matcha Latte Mix

Our Chaya Matcha Latte Mix was developed so that one of our most popular café drink items could be made and enjoyed at home by anyone. Matcha Latte Mix is available in individual packets that can create one cup of the tea latte or in larger packets that can create 10 cups. They can be made into a hot or cold aromatic and lightly sweetened drink. The Matcha Latte Mix is crafted from our original recipe, using organic cane sugar and a higher quality organic matcha powder than is conventionally available at most grocery stores in the U.S. Handmade in small batches with care, by us in Portland, OR. 

Chaya Hojicha Latte Mix

Our Chaya Hojicha Latte Mix was created after high demands from our customers who wanted to enjoy our Hojicha Latte at home by. Hojicha Latte Mix is available in individual packets that can create one cup of the tea latte or in larger packets that can create 10 cups. They can be made into a hot or cold aromatic and lightly sweetened drink. The Hojicha Latte Mix is crafted from our original recipe, using organic cane sugar and a roasted green tea that is slightly earthier in flavor.
